Prior to this role, Mark managed the RPO and MSP relationships for Deutsche Bank in the Asia Pacific region and has been instrumental in expanding the scale and scope of these relationships in the region. Sue Campbell is Managing Director for Asia, encompassing Greater China, ASEAN, India, Japan and Korea. In this role, she is responsible for RPO, Projects & Talent Acquisition Consulting, this includes Solution Design, Implementation, Service Delivery, Operations and Continuous Improvement, working closely with the regional management team. Commencing her career with one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms in Sydney, Sue moved into executive recruitment with a leading consultancy over 15 years ago. She then relocated to New Zealand, and the UK, where she was Director of the largest operating division. Prior to joining Futurestep, she was Client Services Director at AMS, based in London, responsible for a portfolio of RPO client solutions: covering clients across a range of industry sectors including financial & professional services, technology and consumer. Since moving to Hong Kong with Futurestep in 2010, Sue has acted in a regional governance capacity for RPO across Asia driving growth and innovation. She has worked closely with a leading consumer retail client in the planning and development of a significant RPO to support their Greater China growth strategy, project managed a consultancy assignment for a leading financial services institution undertaking a comprehensive review and rationalisation of agency partners and lead a comprehensive regional talent acquisition review for a FMCG organisation. She has extensive international experience in resourcing and talent management, including commercial and solution design, negotiation, implementation and operational delivery management. Sue is an active Board Member of the Asia Pacific Chapter of the HRO Today Services & Technology Association. Sue holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

She is driving the growth in this exciting region through developing new clients, enhancing our market presence and integrating all lines of business into existing clients.  Pip has over 18 years recruitment experience in the UK and Australian markets and extensive experience managing large teams and contracts across multiple disciplines and geographies within a number of industry sectors. Prior to joining Futurestep, Pip held the position of Client Director Strategic Accounts for Chandler Macleod and was responsible for the acquisition, development, management and retention of a portfolio of key clients. Earlier in her recruitment career she was an Associate Director of a global recruitment company based in London with operational responsibility for multiple permanent and contracting teams. Prior to entering the recruitment industry Pip worked as a marketing professional within Brand Management in the FMCG industry. Keith Ng, co-founded Gametize (with his best friend Damon Widjaja), a digital gamification platform to motivate behaviors through challenges and rewards such as in recruitment, learning & development, and marketing campaigns. Gametize won funding in a reality TV show (Angels’ gate), the People’s Vote in IBM’s Asean Smartcamp 2013, and most recently SBR’s 2015 20 hottest startups in Singapore. Today, the platform is powering fun for 200,000 users today with 7 million challenge completions. Keith was nominated as one of the most influential people in gamification globally by Gamification Summit (2014), as well as the top 100 gamification innovator/consultant by Sparkah. He conceptualized Gametize’s gamification design framework, and speaks on gamification globally, including Gamification Summit, San Francisco, and Loyalty Summit, Mumbai. His interests are in using game thinking and psychology to solve engagement problems, and new OBHR models/frameworks that increases “happiness” for the organizations. Prior to co-founding Gametize, Keith coded/sold a software at 18, completed his BBM (Finance) and BSc (Information System) on a scholarship by DFS in Singapore Management University, ending his final semester on exchange in Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium.
